Hi Fellow Eufy users, i found alarm sound on away mode is less as compare to anti theft protection or normal siren from homebase. Please advise how to increase the sound or upgrade firmware to match sound with anti theft protection.
Hi there! There should be no difference in alarm sound volume in away mode. Perhaps you haven’t set the camera’s alarm to go off when away mode is activated? You can change this in the settings of the mode under security.
Hi tru97 my camera made sound as well when siren go off but sound is not sane as other alarm. I can understand there should not be difference but there is difference between two sounda.
Have you tried checking the settings as I stated?
