Hi all, one of my eufy cameras seems to go to sleep and won’t record or pick up movement. It won’t even play real time when it’s in this stage I found if I restart home base etc it will be fine for a few days. Our other camera is fine and works as it should, any ideas??
I’m going to say, though I’m not sure. The camera that seems to be sleeping is it the farthest away from the home base?
If so it may be that it’s losing it’s Wi-Fi connection to your home base and that could be the problem. If you can try moving the home base closer to the camera and see if that solves the problem.
