Not sure if this is the right place to ask but i just got the Smart Lock Touch and I’m trying to connect to it via my Android 11 device.
Trying to connect via the Eufy Security app gives me a “Failure to connect to Bluetooth”
Trying to connect via the Android Bluetooth setting, it’s asking for a passkey/passcode to connect and I’ve tried 0000, 0123, 1234 which is incorrect.
I’m still not able to connect to the Smart Lock Touch. Hope to get some help here. The support site with its robots are not helpful at all.
