I have had the system up and running for about a month and all of a sudden the someone has been spotted notification has a 20 minute delay. To my phone. How do I go back to immediate notification
If you have Android, make sure you have a Power Savings Exclusion set up for the Eufy app. If you don’t, the phone doesn’t catch all the backgroud notifications. That’s usually the cause of the problem. There may be something similar on IOS.
