Hi, just passing this along because it’s a pretty bad look when a company that sells security products doesn’t have a secure website. I get certificate errors when I try to navigate to support.eufylife.com. I’m using a corporate laptop so i can’t actually even load the site with the error (security policy).
I just tried going there and it’s valid for Firefox and Vivaldi browsers. Maybe your corporate laptop has a restricted set of certificates.
yes we probably do have a restricted set of trusted root certificates. We use Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, which are very common in the corporate world, our policies are usually just whatever PA recommends by default hence we won’t be the only corporate who won’t be able to access your support site.
You are the only one I have seen have difficulty with the site, so I would’nt automatically assume your situation is normal for other corporate networks.
