Stream via website is perfect, via IOS app stuttering audio/video

Hi guys,

I just installed the eufy doorbell 2k + base station

The doorbell livestream via website looks and sounds great, via IOS app i encounter audio and video stuttering.

Any ideas?

Sounds as though your computer may have a better link to the internet than your phone.
Possible ?

Exactly the same network. speedtest both desktop and mobile 300mbps.
