After being a eufy customer for a long time (great hardware, good price, solid app), I find this community section pretty useless… how many of the suggestions from the wishlist get / got implemented in the end? Lots of very good ideas… however, in the end: Pointless. Please change my mind.

the point of this forum is for people who have questions prior to purchase or have problems with set up, support etc can get help from other users. if your hoping for a feature request you suggest to be implemented, good luck. the next feature suggestion that gets implemented will be the first. eufy is all about moving on to the next product, not adding features to old products.
