For some reason, the time stamp on our front door and back door battery powered video doorbells both say 12:20 a.m. when it is actually 12:20 p.m. . Anybody know anything about that?
Could you switch the home base time settings > time format to 24hr rather than 12hr in the meantime until the issue gets resolved?
Mine is set to 24hr and works ok
