Unable to connect to cam 2cPro or wireless doorbell when away from home

Hi,

I just bought a pack eufy cam 2 pro and a video battery doorbell wireless.
Everything installed smoothly, and everything work great on wifi.
But when I’m away from home on 4g (even with a full connection) it doesn’t work 9 times out of 10.
I get notification but when opening the live strem I get the message : Unable to play live video.
If I connect to the website https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/ I can see my system and sometimes can stream the live video but most of the time get the message : Failed to request. (20022)

This is really frustrating …
Any help is welcome.

On my router nothing fancy, no complicated setup, I even tried to disable the firewall, or to put the home base 2 on the DMZ … still the same behaviour, sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn’t.
Even tried reseting everything, deleting the app, creating a new account etc …

I bought 2 eufyCam 2C Pro yesterday and when i go out in 4G i’m not able to see in live the cams or changing the status of the base. If i check in HomeKit i see the live streaming.
I make different change also whitout HomeKit but all the day there is no possibility to check live or change the status with cellular data. In the same Wi-Fi there are no problem
