Unreliable when it matters most

The system is to slow to start up, load and view footage. Why is there not a “keep me logged in” option? If i want to look at my camera BECAUSE I NEED TO LOOK AT MY DAMN CAMERA RIGHT THEN AND THERE ON THE SPOT should not have to log back in. Also another issue.when i click play to view the camera because (surprise again, the motion detection does not work as advertised) the people are already gone and the recording starts to late. Im sending it back to amazon as broken, collecting my insurance on this unreliable product and buying a different system/brand. (Oh yeah,if you tell alexa to show you your front door camera with eufy it plays with a several minute delay…)

I see IM NOT ALONE… APOLOGIES THAT YOU ARE DEALING WITH THE CRAP AS WELL. I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE, ON TOP OF THAT. I HAVE TO CHARGE THE BATTERY EVERY 3 DAYS! EUFY IS SUPPOSED TO SEND ME A REPLACE. I AM WAITING. THEY ASKED FOR SO MUCH STUFF TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE TO USE THE WARRANTY. TO ADD THEY STATED TO PLEASE SEND THE “DEFECTIVE BATTERY BELL BACK WITHIN 15 DAYS. ITS NECESSARY”…THAT THEY WERE MAKING AN EXCEPTION JUST THIS ONE TIME. TWO EMAILS BEING SURE THAT I UNDERSTAND LOL.
YEAH THEY TOLD ME THE BATTERY IS DEFECTIVE :grin:".DOESNT EXPLAIN THE NON MOTION DETECTION, SLOW LOAD UP TO VIEW & ANSWER THE BELL. THE VISITOR WAITS FOR AWHILE BEFORE I EVEN CONNECT.DELIVERY SERVICE? FORGET ABOUT IT! AND YES THE VIEW ON FIRE TV ,HAVENT SEEN A CLEAR ,NON BUFFERED,FAST LOAD YET.ITS NOT MY INTERNET.EVERYTHING ELSE ON WIFI IS SEAMLESS. THE WAY THEY PUT EMPHASIS ON RETURN THE DEFECTIVE BELL MAKES ME THINK THEY ARE GOING TO RESALE IT AS A USED LIKE NEW ITEM. I STATED I CAN DISPOSE OF IT. JUST TO SEE WHAT THEY STATE. THEY WROTE BACK NO. WE NEED THE ITEMS BACK. I HOPE THEY DONT NOT PUT ANYONE ELSE THROUGH THIS HEADACHE. FROM THE REVIEWS AND EXPERIENCE, IM NOT HOPEFUL THAT THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE ANY BETTER. I WOULD LOVE IT TO .HOPING FOR THE BEST. IF NOT, I HAVE TO SEND THE SECOND ONE BACK. AND PURCHASE THE RING BELL OR NEST. WILL UPDATE LATER. TO MY OTHERS GOING THROUGH SIMILAR.
