What eufy devices are you using? What mobile phone are you using? Have you restarted devices or phone? As @ekrystal.82 said, is your eufy app up to date, is the firmware’s on the eufy devices up to date? You need to provide more information in order for the community to help you.

You must be on Android version 9 or up.
Max notifications = 24 after that nothing unless you restart phone or clear notifications drager on home screen.
