Zone activity issues?

I noticed zone activity wasn’t working so I raised it with eufy through the app and sent a video and picture of zones and they replied saying that the engineers are working on new update to improve the zone activity and told me should be available this week. Has anyone else heard about this ??

Eufy have been honest and replied quickly which is a sign of a company that cares about there product and customers and that I appreciate
