Any update from Eufy?

They released homebase 2 firmware version 2.1.2.0h.
Did it get installed for you (in the background), and if so, noticing anything different?

This just started happening to me on one of my 2c cams. I also have cam2s and this doesn’t happen with them so it might be camera specific but I have two 2cs and it’s only happening on the one… Also on Android. I was going to remove it and re add but after this I will wait. The home nbase and cameras are updated to the firmware from 8/13/20

UPDATE: I restarted the homebase through the app and it seems to have fixed it… for now… Also only new recordings do not freeze on playback.

2.1.2.0 doesn’t seem to be available in UK yet.

Did you get an update/ fix for this? I’ve just bought a Homebase and 3 cameras and having this issue. Aware it’s now 9 months later!
