Sorry, I just saw this post. My wireless doorbell seems to work pretty well, but yesterday the Amazon guy managed to drop off a package without triggering it. That’s the only time that’s happened. Maybe he wasn’t a human.

Other than that glitch, setting the activity zone carefully seems key. My doorbell faces the street and I was able to prevent it from triggering on passing cars and pedestrians.

One of my floodlights seems to have a bug where the lights trigger on plants blowing in the wind which are outside the activity zones. When this happens, I get no notification or recording, just lights. I’ve been emailing with Eufy support and they want me to send the light to Cardiff, leaving a hole in my wall in rainy season until they send a replacement.

Cardiff! I’m in California and they want me to send my unit to Wales?!

Really, that’s seems a little odd.
I guess I should look up the email address and go about it that way. Really bad business model to set up a community forum and not be part of it, ticks me off.
I am still playing with settings but nothing seems to help.
