Yes screenshot, fantastic, just hope it actually will work! Also need Geofencing to actually work and to be able to select schedule, really hoping they are trying to fix.

Nope, they should have communicated the feature when the firmware was out… I hope it lands soon as the two features they mention (entry sensor and screenshot) are a big step forward.

2k indoor. all a sudden no pic thumb nail with notification.

It could be that it is not available. It says that in the options for my doorbell and I experienced it once. If it is persistent, try changing the settings to no thumbnail and then on again.

I’d rather wait if it means it’s more stable and with less introduced new bugs… especially as we don’t have an option to go back to the previous version.
another week has passed and no new firmware yet
There was one but it‘s 2.1.2.2h
As you can see I can’t activate the thumbnail option because when I do I get the unable to connect to the Homebase error message. So frustrating.
I reported on 26th Sept tge thumbnail disappaered. then 3 days later, the thumbnail came bk .
I suspect Eufy server has someting to do with it.
Eufy should notify user if tgere is server maintence.
