Hi, I have just installed the 2K wireless doorbell. I’ve set up the Alexa skill but when the doorbell is rung sometimes my devices ring, I have four, but sometimes the don’t! Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated.
I only installed my doorbell yesterday and when testing it wasn’t ringing on the Alexa Dot. Despite numerous attempts.
Then, randomly in the night. My Alexa binged twice when nobody was there.
I’ve not tried it ty and I’ve had no notifications or anyone come to the door. Might do some more tests tomorrow.
