Only owned the cameras for 9 days and the base Station is dead. Worked all morning came back in afternoon and it is dead. No lights, no power, nothing.
Contact eufy support via email. They will replace it. As they replaced mine as the blue LED light had stopped working. New one came within a few days.

Mine just hit my front porch. Same blue LED problem. (Not looking forward to pulling down all my cams … ugh). Must be a normal problem.
I thought my homebase died… but it continued to function.
