Everytime we open the app to see who’s at the doorbell the video doesn’t save. If we don’t watch it live the video saves. Anyway to fix that?
When you open the notification on your phone, there is a choice between jumping to the event, which is saved and the live view. The setting is under Notifications. If you have it set to Live view, you will have to save the event manually by clicking on the camera icon at the bottom of the screen. If you always want the event saved, change the setting to History Event.
