Please make an update to firmware/app in the future that will allow the phone app to directly connect to the HomeBase 2 through the local wireless network if all devices are connected to that network.
I set the doorbell cam up at a second home we bought and we didn’t have internet installed yet. Hoped I could set everything up to a router and get it running locally (understood there would be no remote access or notifications) but there isn’t any way to do anything if you can’t connect to the internet. This should be possible. My Emerson Sensi thermostat connects directly when at home and goes through the internet when away. This would be a great update. If the internet was down while onsite and I wanted to see the camera feed or check recordings on the HomeBase, I could still do that.
