Has anyone had difficulty connecting motion sensors to Homebase 2? My Homebase 2 is not finding them. I press the sync button on the motion sensor, the Homebase says it’s looking, but then says unable to find them. How did you solve this?
I have 2 motion sensors set up with Homebase 2 and didn’t have any issues adding them. As I remember, the blue LED should blink when the Sync button is pressed. That sends the signal to add the device. The sensor should be less than 3 ft away from the homebase when you add it. Also, make sure the battery is good.
