Connection problems on 4G/5G

Can’t connect to any cameras when I’m on 4G or 5G connection.
I tried to restart and factory reset, and I still have the same problem?
I have the Eufy doorbell battery and Eufy indoor 2k pan & tilt.

I have a same problem. How to fix it?

Ps. My product is indoor cam pan&tilt. Version is
Only iPhone (IOS 14.8) have this problem. Android is ok.

I already tried the iPhone and the android, and it is still the same problem.

I have no idea how to fix it.
I contacted eufy support serval times, and I get the same answer every time “send it back”?

So if some know how to fix it, please let me know
