My doorbell will not charge. I have took it down 3 x. Plugged into base for hours. I have only had it 3 weeks, and just HAD A VISITOR amazon prime. It’s not charging. I took it down at 20 % charged it on Sunday. Put it back up. Didn’t check battery but today it’s at 20%. What do I do ? What am I doing wrong. Key is scary loseable.
