Can anyone help? I’ve had my eufy 2c cam for a month now over my driveway. Set to human only and for the last few days the highest motion setting. It picks nothing up, what a complete waste of money. People walk past the camera which covers my whole drive, and then down the side of my house where the doorbell picks everyone up no problem. I have no idea how to solve it
Try to give the cams the 5-click reset. They should light red and blue. and after that yet another click to connect again. Seems latest firmware update has messed something up, but this is how I got them at least to function. I also did a cold reboot of the homebase prior the 5-click reset

Another option is just to do a full reset of the cams, which I saw in another thread. Maybe this would be the safest method.
