Eufy Doorbell Camera Looses Events

On an Android phone.
The following happened twice recently. The first time I thought I may have done something wrong. The second time I was very careful and it happened again. The second time:

The first person drops off a package. I can see the event notification and tap on it to play the video.
Later another person drops off a package. I see the event notification and tap on it to play the video. But then when I go to the Eufy app, Events, only the first event is shown. The second one is not shown.
There doesn’t seem to be any way for me to recover it.

Any ideas?

I cannot for the life of me find a page with the items you show. I can pull up a page like yours with the device (Wired Doorbell) at the top. Then it has Name, but then Camera On, LED at night…and Notifications which takes me to the page of my Sep 15 reply.
I just updated the Eufy app and the results are the same.
