My events no longer show up in the app, it worked fine up until recently now no events. Any suggestions or issues known? Help? What’s the point of having the cameras if they don’t record and I don’t have access to the recordings?
Same here with door bell since yesterday, no show any events on the app and no alerts, eufy don’t say anything about all the problems
Hi, I noticed that also on my E40 cam. Everything was working until last update on 28.10.2021. After that updates Almost 50% of events aren’t saved.
If your using human AI and missing events try the motion detection mode. Also make sure your detection zone is set, maybe an update reset it.
