Same issue here from android
Have the same problem here cant connect to my 2 x 2c cam. The doorbell and the infoor 360 cam.
It will give me a message that there is someone but can open the stream and recordings.

I too have same issue, but when connected to wifi it is working. But when try to acces camera via mobile network I get this issue

Notifications are working but can’t access the cameras or the recordings.
Doesn’t matter if WiFi or cellular.
But I can access the cameras with my google nest hub, only app is not working.
Same here…worked well untill one hour ago.
Still works fine when wifi on phone is on.
If not (only 4G) same problem.

Problem seems to disappear (edit: on wifi) after turning off VPN guys. Edit: However still there when using mobile connection
