Working on my side as well. Did not do anything, the problem just disappeared.
Working fine now in 4 G mobile network. Not sure what happened or what eufy fixed

I had the same issue yesterday, to sort it I uninstalled my account, reinstalled the app and the home base like a new user after 12 hours unplugged and it worked. Don’t know if it’s pure luck, my guess is that it’s a wifi issue.

i had the same problem. Maybe it was luck, but solved the problem instead of deinstalled the App, hard reset at the Homebase. Then i connected the Homebase with Apple Home. After that, i tried to connect the base with the Eufy App…not work…then I kicked the homebase out of Apple Home and tried again with Eufy App. No Problems at all.
Can’t login to my account. Failed to request.
The only way to get 2 of my cameras back online was to create a new wtf
