How does an Indoorcamera (P24) connect with the Homebase S380

I have three outdoor eufyCam 2 Pro connected to an old HomeBase. and I have four indoorcameras P24 (IP camera 2 K). I have bought the S380, connecting the three indoorcameras was easy. However, in the App the HB3 shows the four indoorcameras but I do not see any difference in functionality and if I pull the plug of the HB3, the four indoorcameras stay online!

As far as I read the cameras only have storage capability on the HB3. The BionicMind stuff is under evaluation.

Don’t know how it can stay online when you unplug the HomeBase? Did you reload the app afterwards?

Thanks JD164,
I deleted the App and installed again, I guess that is what you meant? Unplugging the S380 still has no effect on the visibility of the camera’s in the App. Could it be, that the HB3 is only used for storage and the App still directly accesses the camera’s for online viewing?

Hi, Frans

No, I meant close out the app and then reopen it while you had it unplugged… That’s okay though.

I can’t see how the P24 can still be online if you have it connected/linked to the HB3 and have unplugged the HB3 power cord.

Now I can see it being possible if… it’s not actually connected to the HB3 at all and the P24 cameras are connected to your home’s Wi-Fi instead.

Check out this “how to” link on connecting your p24 cameras to the HB3 / S380.
