Indoor cam starts detecting, while detection is off

Hi all,

I have 2 indoor pan/tilt and 2 outdoor cams (with base station). For some months now.

The outdoor have detection on, the indoor have detection off.

Since a week, one of the indoor cams will start detection alerts.

I have enabled and stopped detection on that cam, but after a day it is back in detection alerts, however the switch is still off.

What is the problem?

Are you using it with Homekit?

No, just with the app on android.

After contact with Eufy, they guided a camera reset, which fixed the problem :+1:
