I just got the indoor camera and the video doorbell. I installed the indoor camera to my phone first and then added the doorbell but its inactive. Any one have similar issues?
They should work just fine in the app.
Did the setup process finish properly for the doorbell camera?
They’re completely separate products, so they cannot (as it’s eufy, I will state that it shouldn’t) interfere with one another.
