Today, not possible to open EUFY app on my Phone 15.
App freeze and not possible to stop the app.
I had to ask to Siri to shutdown my Iphone.
Communication problem to server can happen but not blocking the whole phone.
Please try to solve this critical issue.
My android has 3 gb ram and Crash all the time.
EUFY respond that not enough memory.
Eufy App became unuseable.
I don’t have that all the time, it happened 2 or 3 times since 1,5 year.
after a few hours, it worked again… so it should be a wrong coding when no contact to their servers.
Except that, EUFY app is not so bad.
If it does happen again press volume up, volume down then hold down the side button until it reboots. Happened to me and Siri, unhelpfully, wouldn’t reboot.
