You might be able to recover the files if they have not been overwritten. Deleting and quickformatting doesn’t destroy the data it just allows the data to be overwritten.
You can’t recover the video from a card because its encrypted by the app. Once you mark it for deletion in the app, the only way to recover the file is by using 3rd-party tools that recover the Ext4 formatted file. Once you recover the file, you can’t view it with another player because its still encrypted. You can’t put it back in the original device because its still marked as deleted.
