I just bought video battery doorbell but I am already finding few movements/alerts r not recorded. What could be reason?
Does it not record specific people/movements? Eg you leaving house etc? It has an option to filter false movements so it can be that. Look at your recorded and filtered events and you can get an idea. For me it doesnt record me always but for strangers it has 90% detection score. It was 100% like a week ago before it started tripping and failed to record 2 packages that were delivered in night time this week.
