New update - lost all devices and recordings

Anyone else wake up to a new updated app and have all their devices and records gone?

Now I have to get 4 cameras down and resync them.

I have the same issue. Have to fly to another continent to reconnect. Complete joke, poor product management making me want to abandon Eufy all together. Feels a bit like they want to, but just can’t.

Today same problem for me too. Lost all my devices, home base and all 5 cameras connected to homebase dissapeared… I have message that i deleteded them…
Any soloutin?!
Logged out and logged in and same thing so have to sync all devices again…

Same here today. Had to set up everything new this morning :frowning:
