Day 2 no issue… for me but this problem usually takes 3 days yo appear.
No detection Oct 28. Landscaper walked up to the door, and hung our bill in a bag on the doorknob. Fumbled for several seconds, while looking directly into the doorbell camera. Casually walked away slowly. There’s a handwritten time on the bill, so I was able to play it back today.
Oct 29 amazon came today. No motion, only bell press notification.
Could HDR be the problem? They do say in all caps not to use it if we don’t have to. But, during the afternoon the picture looks horrible.
try format sd card.
my suspicion is the firmware changed its sd card module. Fat formatted sd not drive smoothly.
It’s day four now, how’s the detection going so far?
So far it seems to be running fine.
Notifications,. events are good.
Playback is good.
May be Eufy can display an error code if sd card error is detected. It will cut down trouble shooting.
Good to hear that it’s going better thus far. Doesn’t the app show an error icon when there’s an sd card problem?
I had a similar issue after the update. Try restarting your homebase. That worked for me.
No error icon. if I see it I will check sd first.

Looks like Eufy is holding users hostage with sd card not cycling.
