Hi!
I bought a addon cam EufyCam 2. The Firmware is 4.5.8 and this cam has no privacy zones?!
I have three other Cams with Firmware 2.7.4 and all of these have the privacy zones.
What is the reason for different firmware? Is there a update for privacy zones in the near future for my addon Cam?
I just installed an additional eufycam 2 pro. Funnily enough the old one from last year is on firmware 3.8.4 and has the privacy zone option. The new one is on 4.5.8 with no privacy zones available.
I take it it will arrive in time. You could try and send a mail to support@eufylife.com to request a firmware push to speed things up.
