Setup fails, tried all steps, blue light blinks, unable to get past step. Should I return it?

The Home base has to be hard wired to the internet for its initial setup, plug it in and leave it. It could very well be that it’s updating
Setup your modem so the WiFi only sends with 2,4 GHz. It worked for me with the setup for the homebase 2
