As much as I like the Smart Lock Touch, the One-Touch Locking is really bothering me. My wife keeps complaining that it takes WAY too long to press. And, when she’s complaining to me, I am complaining to Eufy. To be fair to her, I also think that the long press is taking unusually long. The fact that “One Touch Locking” isn’t even on by default, I think that it shouldn’t take that long to lock the door. Anyone who enables this feature knows what they are getting.
Personally I find the fingerprint locking to be much faster. My wife’s uses the one touch locking, but to me the fingerprint is literally a touch and it locks. I also have autolock enabled, so for the days I’m in a rush I know it will lock itself after a bit.
