My dogs have become accustomed to all the ringtones and bark when ever someone rings the bell. If I was able to upload my own chimes or have access to a library of various sounds etc.

It exists if Android if you have 10+ I think it is. You have to change notifications in the app settings. Unfortunately the app has a tendency to disregard notifications and replace them with default. So it changes on random occurrences.
The app itself needs to have a file chooser option on the notification settings that allows us to select our own tones. That would be the best option to have.
