Seems like the AI in Eufy cams are not that intelligent after all. My dog can identify a real person better than the Eufy AI. No matter how well it tried, it can never get it right with objects remotely resemble a human shape. Don’t let me get started with the pet detection. It identifies anything in our backyard as a pet. Even my one year old niece knows what a dog is. But without using the almost useless AI to minimize false alerts, this camera would be at the bottom of my pool right now. This AI is alerting me every few seconds as I type this post. There should be an option to ignore an object incorrectly identified as a person or pet. Like when you’re teaching a toddler to identify certain items. We should be able to do the same because honestly, the Eufy AI is not intelligent at all.
