[Update] Surprise app crashes are plaguing tons of Android users: Here's how to fix them

If you’re experiencing a bunch of apps including eufy Security suddenly crashing on your recent Android phone, you’re not alone.

Some apps were crashing for Android users, but Google has fixed it. The issue was due to a system component [called Android System WebView]to the latest version. Both are available on Google Play.

  1. Navigate to Play Store app
  2. Search for [Android System WebView]
  3. Select the “Update” option
  4. Repeat these steps for [Google Chrome]

If the problem persists, please try to remove the latest update to WebView and fix the issue. Here are the steps: Go Setting>apps>tap the three dots in the top right corner>Show system apps>Search for Android System Webview>Select uninstall updates.
