My video doorbell has suddenly gone offline and seems to have no life. I have charged to charge it but nothing is happening
Might sound odd but give this a shot. Remove the doorbell from the mount and if it’s battery powered from the doorbell wires as well. Then just start clicking the sync button over and over. Like spam the heck out of it for a bit. Sometimes after 15 seconds of constant clicking it will power cycle and attempt to connect to wifi again. I’ve had to do this several times to mine and it always works.
