Video doorbell is not connecting

Hi everybody,

I’m new here… I just bought a home base 2 and video doorbell… the home base is connected but the doorbell isn’t… if I scan the code the device cant find any connection. I already removed my old doorbell and the eufy device cannot connect with the app… what can I do ??

I’m very confused
