Web portal and Adobe Flash

I subscribed to the “cloud”, the money went out immediately, that is all that happened. No instructions were sent, it was hard to find anything on line, Eufy needs to fix this ASAP.
I EVENTUALLY found the portal from my computer, there’s no app access to the portal??? I received a message that I need to upgrade Adobe Flash, I had the latest version so I Uninstaller and re-installed the End of Life Dec 2020 product only to find it still didn’t work.
Can anyone view their cameras on the portal?

The portal site was upgraded about a month ago to remove the need for flash. Its meant to be an limited alternative to the app and to view cloud video. I can access my live feeds from it without problems. I don’t have a cloud subscription. I believe there is a cloud Help topic available in the app menu.
