This seemed to work for me:

-Change the doorbell working mode as a customized recording with 5s retriggering intervals and a 120s clip length: Doorbell Settings>Power Manager >Cutomized Recording.
-increase the sensitivity to the max in the App>Doorbell Settings>Motion detection.
-delete the activity zone you’ve set up: App>Doorbell Settings>Motion Detection>Activity Zone.
