I’ve just realized something. Now the routines are triggered only if in the Eufy app you select a profile for which notifications are sent. Last year the routines were always triggered!

What do you mean with a profile to select?
Hi everyone. All my eufy cameras are now able to trigger routines in Alexa when motion is detected. But I just got a eufy motion sensor and that doesn’t appear as a device in the Alexa devices list. Has anyone else been able to get it added in Alexa?
Secondly I can’t get my echo show 8 to be used as a trigger for detecting motion or sound in Alexa routines…. Anyone else been bake to do this?

Created a routine to trigger when it is set to away mode but doesn’t do anything… sounds like it’s all been broken for years.
The only thing not broken in Eufy Alexa support is motion detection by camera alerts
Since this works, one can use a smart switch and then power an external alarm.
