Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me. I’ve just set up the eufy cam 2c. I’m receiving messages to my mobile saying motion detected and I can watch the video but I can’t save the video and nothing is showing up in events. Am I missing something?

Me too. Can view event if I click on the event notification of my phone but the same event cannot be accessed from the Eufy App in the Event section. The events must be saved in the homebase but not accessible via the app.
