Doorbell,2C and Cam 2 not recording to HomeBase 2 as of 4:30 PM CST. Hoping a dev sees this as it seems to be an issue on Eufy’s side
Tbh i dont even think any devs or staff wven look at the community comments lol, but yea theres an issue, atleast ur battery doorbell works mines went offline wver since this started…
Same problem here. I’m getting notifications but nothing is being stored.
Same here and my neighbours as well. Here in Vancouver, Canada. We all use Eufy Cam 2. No recordings since this afternoon at 3pm and we get the 503 error.
